In a nutshell
I am a Human Rights lawyer with an expertise in children’s rights, gender equality, environmental law and sport policies. I have over 25 years of experience in international organisations leading teams and developing legal standards, public policies, programmes and campaigns in the Council of Europe and the United Nations.
From 2022 to 2024, I took a sabbatical for family reasons and worked as a consultant. In 2025, I advised the Council of Europe on the development of strategies, preparing a Strategy on the protection of the environment and an Action Plan on the Integration of the Youth Perspective in the Organisation’s policies and processes.
I am currently focusing on writing fiction and supporting causes dear to my heart. I am for instance a member of Ignite Philanthropy Advisory Board and of YourSide Independent Panel

At the Council of Europe, I worked with the governments, parliaments and local authorities of 46 member States, with civil society, researches and other international organisations to advance human rights, democracy and the rule of law.
Consultancy Services
As a consultant, I have helped governments, foundations, NGOs and private companies to define their strategies in the fields of children’s rights and sport policies.
